2 weeks ago had something growing on my scrotum .... went to the doctor and she said it was Herpes.... I was like...HERPES.... she prescribed me Valtrex and Clotrimazole & Betamethasone (oitment) ....after 7 days another one was growing on the bottom of my scrotum... she referred me to a dermatologist ... he saw me for 2 seconds and said .... they are genital wards and he burned them... after a couple of days the skin turned black and came out BUT... now is even bigger and is getting hard. It looks like a crater with a white eye on the middle.. on the bottom of it is very hard .. i tried to clean it and puss came out fallowing some blood.
I have HIV, my counts are 398 and 44,000.00, doctor says I'm still on the border line and no need of meds yet.
I was talking to a friend about it and he said it sounds like molluscum... and I need to be on meds 'cause my immune is getting weak.......now I'm really confuse and a little bit scare.

Presence of pus indicates that there is probably some bacterial infection. It is possible that after burning the wart you got some secondary bacterial infection. You may need microbiological examination of the pus to identify the infective bacterium and chose a proper antibiotic.

Because you are HIV positive you need to consult an infectologist and dermatologist about your condition.
