Q: Genital herpes?

Hi! Could someone help me? Is it genital herpes?
I had it for like 10 days, just felt itching, no costras, it just gone.
After 3 days it happen to me again.( I used lots of soap )Maybe its just allergy or smth?
Im a virgin, never had sex. Thank you in advance for your help and sorry for my english.
