I recently have been experiencing a red blotchy rash like area on my scrotum it's rather itchy and burns a bit from itching in my sleep. There are one or two very tiny pimple looking spots which im hoping are from also itching in my sleep. Im seriously hoping this was brought on by a lotion i used a day before all this started. It was the first time i has used any sort of lotion or anything down there this is why i think it may be irritated skin or a rash. Help?
