Hi everyone I am new I was just wandering if anyone with anxiety how they have gone about having a baby while being pregnant?
I have had generalised anxiety for 3 years now and it all started when I was preg with my second child I did nto cope very well afetr wards at all. But i seem to be handling it ok now. I am on medication ciprimal 20 mgs once a day.
I would love to have another baby soon I have spoken to my doctor and she said they will keep me on the meds because they don't want me to go backwards . I would just love some advice from anyone that has gone through the same thing or is going through the same thing, It would be greatly apreciated.
