I have an ulcer on my leg as a result of a suspected spider bite. It has shown no signs of improving over the last 3 weeks. I am generally very physically active and have no previous medical history. It has been advised that I rest completely to allow healing. Is this the right way to go or can I still play sport and train as usual. It doesnt cause me any pain whatsoever

Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. It depends on how bad the ulcer is. Resuming your activity and playing sports should not be a problem with slight spider bite though. Let your doctor be the judge and decide what is best for you.

I hope it helps. Please consult your doctor as our advice is just for education purpose only.
