A few days ago i felt a pop in my elbow with pain. It is very tender to touch and i can't full straighten my arm nor can i touch my shoulder. If i do something with any weight there is pain and a feeling of streching and like it locks. 3 months a go i had cubtial tunnel surgery. What could it be

It is most likely that you have sustained a sprain (tendon damage - rupture or tear) in your elbow.

You need to have a proper assessment by a orthopedic doctor and if needed a MRI to know the degree of damage.

In case of partial tear, splint and support would be helpful.

But in case of complete tears, surgical treatment may be necessary.
