i have been facing missed periods for the last 6 weeks. i can't sleep at night. i have migraine issue too. kindly tell me what's wrong with me. and i feel nauseated too. and i am not pregnant

I read your question and i understand your concern. Periods irregularities and migraines both can exacerbate each other. Work up for menstrual irregularities and correction accordingly and migraine supportive care with early abortifacients, avoiding triggers and prophylaxis if recurrent or frequent.
