I have gone through septo plasty surgery one week ago and still one of my nostril is like closed small open is there inside the hole when seen in mirror and when compared with other hole this hole inside there is no space

I appreciate your concern

If there is obstruction symptom associated with this narrowing then no intervention may be necessary. Its postoperative phase so it would take a few days for full recovery. Consult your ENT surgeon for a follow up visit to address this issue in case there is any gross difference between the nostrils openings.
