my son have a 0.4 cm kidney stone and 5-10 traces of rbc in the urine..what should i do..

Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

A 4 mm stone in the kidneys can be passed spontaneously. Alpha blockers in low dose and potassium citrate can be advised to facilitate the expulsion of the stone. Any associated evidence of infection/ urosepsis should be looked for and treated accordingly.
