My gf and I had oral sex. The next day she went to doctor and was diagnosed with strep. Since then my penis has hurt. Can strep be transferred to my penis through oral sex?

It is more likely that she acquired the streptococcal infection from you.

Hence it is unlikely that you can get infected by a bacteria, which is colonized in your body.
