Hello and welcome
Your concern is appreciated
It can be ecczema or contact dermatitis and for it hydrocortisone cream or antihistamines can be used calamine lotion is also used. Antihistamines dont work in ecczema. Dryness should be avoided by applying any natural oil available like olive oil.skin moisturization should be done to prevent dryness. Allergens should be avoided. Atopic conditions are managed and controlled by continous efforts as there is no permanant cure.
