Welcome to e health forum.

The issues, which you have indicated here, are more of cosmetic nature, and do not indicate that you have any medical disorder.

It is difficult to make a diagnosis without a complete medical history and physical examination.

Your history and description do not indicate any thing abnormal.

Hence consult your doctor who can examine you and provide a proper medical opinion.
