Had an abortion on August 8,2016, had my period sept 7-11 had intercourse right after period all the way till now oct 6,2016 (2nd day late on period)took tests all negative,and trying to make a baby I realized what I had done and I'm trying to see could I be pregnant

Just relax. You should allow your body to be prepared for the next pregnancy and this time period should be of 6 months at-least. The chances of ovulation is also very less in the meantime and that is the reason you are not getting pregnant.
