my mother now at 83 suffering from psoriasis for the last 30 years got allopathy treatment when not useful changed to homeopathy for the last five years, still no use. lot of itch. please help her.

Psoriasis is a form of autoimmune condition, and there is no complete cure for that condition.

The condition and its progress can be controlled by immunosupressive medications.

You need to consult a proper dermatologist who can determine the severity and provide proper help. Antihistamines and local application of calamine lotion may help with the symptoms of itching.
