Q: General neurological symptoms
asked by: DoctorQuestion on October 27th, 2009
I've been dating my boyfriend for 1 year and 7 months.

I have a concerned question about him.

He won't ask and none of his family will.

When he is excited about something he i don't really know how to explain it.

I guess he twitches and shakes. like his whole body.
and his eyes squint when its happening.

its really odd and it scares me i dnt know whats wrong with him.

It would be very appreciated if i could figure it.

You would like to know if there is something wrong with your boyfriend.

Given the symptoms that you described, he may or may not have any medical condition. You may talk to him about the symptoms whether they appear frequently, whether he looses consciousness or whether he feels any other symptom before these symptoms appear. If he had never been diagnosed with any disease, you may suggest to him that he see his doctor or neurologist.

Please keep in mind that I am trying to provide you with medical information here. I am not able to give you medical advice online. Please advise him to contact his doctor or a qualified healthcare provider such as a neurologist to learn more about treatment options.
