Drink 8-10 Glasses of Water a Day. If you normally do NOT add salt to your food, you may need to add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to your diet as a result of drinking this amount. This cleans out toxins and helps the body function much better.

Wash your hands after going to the bathroom

Sneeze/cough into a tissue ..

If you have an elder with Parkinsons or alzheimers-be sure they have their address and telephone number for a loved one in their posseion so that if lost help can direct them home..

Warn your children of strangers!

Teach your children 911..

Eat more fresh fruits and veggies and less processed foods.

Replace regular table salt with Sea Salt (better for your health)

Replace Cow's dairy products with Goat's dairy. Easier on the digestive tract.

Get a yearly physical if possible.

Exercise...it does not need to be in a gym...walk around the block / house...yard work / physical activity is better than none.

If anyone is experiencing extreme fatique, sleepiness, general weekness, have your doctor check your Vitamin D levels. Women especially suffer from low vitamin D and it causes a variety of annoying symptoms that can hinder your overall health.
