I am waiting for appt. re gastro symptoms (diarrhea, major, very loud abdom noise hrs after eating (sounds like things can't move thru), burning skin feeling all over back up to shoulder blades, pain lower left abd when pressed on, gnawing pain in upper left abd. Last 6 months period has been weird. Every two weeks or miss a full month. Now I am losing sleep worrying about Ovarian Cancer. I have read about Crohn's and it sure seems like what I have. But am very worried about ovarian cancer. Are there any symptoms that would differentiate the two? Mostly I have digestive symptoms. Also, pins and needles feeling in my eyes every so often. A lot of muscle pain in neck and shoulders. No constipation. Sometimes feel like kidney infection (pain up right flank) but urine tests show nothing. A few months ago an abd ultrasound showed cysts on liver. I can handle a crohn's diagnosis but am panicking about ovarian cancer. Does one seem more likely than the other to you? Thks for your help
