The results from the medical examinations would have been helpful. According to the symptoms you reported, you might be experiencing inflammation of the stomach called gastritis. You might want to see your doctor for a complete examination. Meanwhile, over the counter antacid products might be helpful. Avoid drinking coffee, alcohol, taking spicy and chilly food, beverages. The knots you felt might be a lipoma. A lipoma is a benign tumor tissue consisted of cells originating from fat tissue cells. Usually a lipoma needs treatment only for esthetic reasons.
