Q: gastric pain and discomfort

yesterday i suffered from pain and discomfort in ma stomach and after a while i had hypotension
i went to the ER and gave me fluids and medications ma stomach pain was releived but when i got out of the er i had also a severe hypotensiom
what am i suffering from ????

sounds like heat exhaustion/ heat cramps, wich is caused by dehydration. being dehydrated does drop the blood pressure and usually leaves orthostatic responses (or a drop systolic BP greater than 20 or an increase in heart rate greater than 20 whn moving from a sitting position to standing. this is why you "black out" when you stand up too fast while dehydrated
