I have not, but I know alot of people have lost weight that way. I do know that exercise and portion control works great to lose weight. Exercise will always get pounds off, and in my opinion it will keep burning the fat off. Once you stick to healthy eating and exercise, it will be become a habit and you will be able to reach your weight loss goals.

Exercise and healthy eating can indeed lose weight. But for some people who have too much to lose, it may be difficult for them. Gastric bypass surgery or lap band surgery are also great tools for weight loss. But the success of both depends on the person. There are restrictions they need to follow and lifestyle to change.
