Q: What to do about problems related to gastric bypass surgery?

A: Try raising the end of your bed up higher when you are sleeping..I had the same test done that you have had done for a similar situation...I think I have the head of it raised with boards about three inches...I would have to measure it to be sure...Another thing is don't eat before you go to bed...

Seeing you have been checked well with your doctor, it is possible that this may help...It did solve my problem....

Good luck,
Caroline

My mom had the gastric bypass done almost 6 years ago and she has the same problem, and she is also lactose and tolerant now. She is always complaining about it too, like you said no matter what she is doing it still hurts. I dont know of anything that would help I just thought I would let you know that you are not alone:)
