I had gastric bypass 3 years ago. I have had the usual issues of dumping etc. For the past three days I have been suffering from diarrhea. I had a fever and uncontrollable chills the first night but have had no more. I am passing liquid every time I go to the bathroom. I am trying to remain hydrated. Is it just a "bug" or should I be concerned?

According to your symptoms (diarrhea, fever and chills in the last 3 days) you are probably experiencing an intestinal infection. Because you don't vomit you can stay hydrated if you drink a lot of liquids and electrolytes.
