ok so about two weeks ago i had a really really difficult bowel movenment. almost right after i started burping and farting. now two weeks later i thought i was ok but for about maybe three days now i've been burping and farting alot. but the thing is it doesnt smell. i was sleeping the other morning i had to jump out of bed and go to the bathroom but it was a well i dont know what to call it but im a girl and it was a front fart [my mother never fully explained things to me past no no place and you know where i blame her]. i was so embarressed because i live with my boyfriend and even when he lays his head on my stomach when we watch a movie it rumbles. im wondering if since i stopped eating sausages and now eat cereal everyday maybe the milk is doing something. or im eating too much tuna fish? all i know is what i fear the most is finding out i broke something inside of myself and need a colostomy bag. where i work a guy has one and im not sure what he did to need it but i know two days before he went to the E.R he was crying in pain from the bathroom and we could all hear it. this is my first time posting a problem here and im not sure if im doing this right or im giving too much information or not enough but i would really be greatful if someone whose maybe been through this can tell me how they fixed it.

Excessive burping and farting happens due to overproduction of intestinal gas depending on food you eat and your normal gut bacteria.
Stomach rumbles are noises generated as air and fluid gurgle through the gut, known as borborygmi.
Fish, milk, green vegetables are foods that when digested produce excessive gas in gut.
Also, people with some type of food intolerance like lactose intolerance or gluten intolerance have the same symptoms.
Try to change your diet!

By the way IM a guy, trying to investigate what on Earth is going on inside me, Im sick of it... and My Doctor is not even interested!

Bloody hell!, so thats what the hell is going on inside my guts, and NOW the reason!, The Flatulence I get is shocking, I get bad panic attacks, because I have an Anxiety Disorder, AND a deviated septum, And these things all combined.....and you have absolute HELL!!

I woke up this morning at about 4AM, my stomach was so full of wind, and acid reflux, that it was not funny, and the pressure of it made reflux come up, and it went my nose... and it set off one of my terrible panic attacks, it was shocking, I had to take 40Mg of Diazepam to settle me down, and do something about the damn wind,

I make up two tablespoons Bi-Carb soda (baking soda), in WARM water in a medium glass, and drink it quickly, then go up and down the apartments steps, and after a while.... a big explosion of wind comes up (my mouth, not the other end) , If Im lucky!

Guess what I had for dinner last night????..... A Tuna Fish casserole, and it has sour cream etc. SO I think that is my problem.... it seems to be certain dairy stuff, and definitely FISH.

So a change of diet, is in order for BOTH of us!, Im going to see a dietitian, and my doctor again this week. Its time I was rid of this uncomfortable nonsense!

Well, since I posted this i have changed my diet. The tuna is gone and my milk intake has been lowered. I haven't had this problem in agood while. it took about a week or so for me to see the effects and the gas to go. Now I can sleep and work without any problem. So yes I say talk to your doctor but also cut down on the fish and milk.
Good luck getting rid of the uncomfortable nonsense.
