*gassy(very)
*bloated(moderate to very at times)
*fatigued (some spurts of it througout the day)
*inconsistent bowel movements..somtimes its difficult to pass at first, then soft...others soft all the way through...sorry to be so graphic
*and the last two days..irritable..today..nothing
*the strangest of all..my breasts fell strange around the nipple area, not painfull, just sort of tingly and somewhat aroused sensation...strange..i have never had that before.

I was just wondering if anyone could shed some light on what these symptoms could be..sometimes i feel so bloated that it puts strain on my stomch to bend over..im heavyweight to begin with..but never really felt this much pressure..its not painfull..just uncomfortable, and i have been this way for 4 days..i have never been bloated or gassy for more than a few hours/day at the most before. thank you.

Are you close to your period? Could you be pregnant? Have you eaten anything questionable, such as sushi (fresh or not), leftovers, etc? Any nausea? Have you taken any medication for the symptoms?

If you don't get better in a day or so, you need to go to an urgent care clinic and get yourself checked out. In the mean time, make sure you don't get dehydrated. Drink plenty of water and make sure you're replacing your electrolytes, so sports drinks and stuff like that are important. Don't take anti-diarrhea medication because if you have food poisoning, your body needs to get the bacteria out. If you start to feel really weak (like you can't walk or you feel like you're going to pass out) or if you have blood in your stool, have someone take you to the ER or an urgent care clinic right away.

I hope you feel better soon.
