Gas , bloating , heartburn

I'v been in pain for about 8 years and soom tests have been done like ultra sound and ph probe,gasric empting and they came back,
The gastric empting said it was only 30%
ultra sound was some sweelling with the gullbladder
PH prob said acid refex
I'v been on lots of medication from zantac,carafate?raglan.also other nothing works.
but know suffer from more major stomach problems and have a harder time sleeping.
Symtoms include gas,bloatting,heart burn last for hours to days, with everything i eat and chest pain radiating to my shoulders arms and back,burning in my stomach,like its on fire.presure on my chest and swolling problems,feels like someone is sitting on my chest,uncufterble to wear a bra even.and when i take a breath it skips or a flutter feeling.
