Hi there everyone,
I had had endo for the last year now. October last year I was told by my specialist that I needed to have a laparoscopy immediately as I had endo. So I did. He lasered the endo off my pelvis and the cysts were removed that were there. I was told the usual of not to do extreme exercise or sex for 6 weeks - which I listened and didnt. A couple of months after the operation I noticed a pain on my left side just below my hip. I had my post operation appointment and the specialist said the pain was normal and to see if it was still there in a couple of months time.

Well the pain was definitely there - I went to the doctors and told them of this pain in which I was crying uncontrollably the doctor tried to get me to take anti-depressants which my fiancee said no ( I wouldnt want to take them either). The doctor ended up putting me on the pill after I had an ultrasound to show that the endo had come back but this time on my ovary ( I am not sure if its on both?)

My symptoms now after being on the pill are: gas, bowel pain just before I need to go ( it really hurts at some points having me doubled over), with some foods it makes it worse. Painful sex and now I have no desire to have sex with my fiancee even though I love him dearly. I am wondering if this is because I think the sex will be painful or if this is another symptom of endo?
