Hi,
I am 15 years old and am a male. I consider myself to be fit and exercise regularly (football/soccer).

Over the past two days i am experiencing bad gas, a bloated feeling and bright red blood on the tissue after a bowel movement. My pelvis and tailbone also ache dully when i put pressure on them. I don't know what this could be, i have never had it before.

Any advice would be really appreciated.

Thanks

If you are experiencing hard, compacted stools that are difficult or painful to pass, or no bowel movement over three days along with feeling bloated and full of gas, you may suffer from a constipation.
Bright red blood on toilet paper usually indicates some tears due to passing a hard stool, or a presence of hemorrhoids that are associated with constipation.
Talk with your doctor for possible causes for a constipation.
Start with eating fruits and vegetables and drinking plenty of water!

Hi,

Thanks for replying. The bleeding has seemed to stop now, although i still feel bloated and gassy. Any reasons for this? Question I have heard of colon cancer, although i think due to my age and health it isn't.
