Dear all,
I am facing a strange situation.

Normally there is no problem with the sounds e.g. when i m sitting in my room alone or talking to my friends there is no problem but as soon as in the office I have to meet my boss or to sit in a meeting where i have to understand or concentrate a lot then suddenly gas appears in my belly and it keeps on trying to get out of my belly (from the lower side) and when it finds no space, it keeps on getting back fired and produces embarrassing sound which are more or less someone farted not very high but high enough to be heard.......
I dont understand from where all of a sudden this gas comes and normally when i m relaxed or with friends or doing anything other than my office work i m perfectly fine...
Is there any one of you facing the same situation?

It is well known that tension and anxiety during "non-relaxing" situations lead to increased air swallowing that results in increased amount of intestinal gas.
Also, stress makes one more aware or sensitive to the presence of normal amount of intestinal gas.
