I was told that i have a ganglion cyst in my right wrist from an injury i had 11 yrs ago, then after working onthe computer so long(4yrs) i noticed that i have another one similar in pain and size in my left wrist. I cant do push ups, put any pressure on them sometimes. My left one is very painful to the touch, sometimes I cant even open a bottle with it. I have tried wrist wraps but no help. I need to know what my best options are for this?

Have you tried massaging the cysts? This is supposed to help release the fluid. If no home remedies work, you could go to the doctor and have him or her drain them. But chances are that the cysts will return.
