can i have gallstones , without any pain, my symptoms are:
feeling sick, becoming increasingly hot, and this can happen during the night or randomly during the day, lasting up to about an hour?

Welcome to ehealthforum

The symptoms reported can be due to various reasons as Gall stones,hormonal imbalance due to thyroid disorder,perimenopausal symptoms.Silent gall stones are present without any pain.It requires a detailed history and examination to come to a conclusive diagnosis.
Consider visiting a Physician for evaluation.
