Q: gallon challenge side effects ?

Im having a party this weekend and we were planning on doing the gallon challenge. But my dad is putting an end to it because he says doing the gallon challenge can kill you. Is this true?

Gallon challenge rules:

- Must drink 1 gallon of whole milk
- Must drink the gallon within one hour.
- If you puke you are disqualified.

Could that kill you?

Drinking 1 gallon (about 4 L) of milk in 1 hour is really challenging. People with larger stomachs could probably stand this more easily.

Personally, I don't support such stunts.
