That's ok
Welcome to e-health. It's just that with
Diabetes, we sometimes take longer to
heal. Was the surgery endoscopic? What
did the Dr. say? Good luck with the yoga.
I was thinking of starting that myself.

it was laproscopy ( however thats spelled)
lol. the doc kinda said take it easy for a
week or two and then im good to go to get
back to normal activity. i just am kinda
unsure of that. im not a hard core yoga
practicer but i like to take a class here
and there especially when im stressed and
depressed and thats the case right now. i
just wanna get back 2 normal. sittin round
doin not much of nothing is pretty
bothersome. lol anywho thanx for ur input.
def give the yoga a try. my personal fav
is a hot vinyasa class. you feel great
afterwards despite the soreness that
follows the next few days. lmao ;~)

You should be OK then. Have you ever
heard of stretch yoga? They are offering
it where I work. I'm thinking of trying
it.
