gallbladder is full. Dr said I have grit/sand not sure, he ment in the bladder.I feel sick and have to force to eat. can you help

If you have gallstones or/and sludge ("gravel") in your gallbladder, and you are having pain in your upper abdomen (especially if the pain is caused or worsened by eating), then you will most likely require surgery to remove your gallbladder.
