Gall Bladder, Ulcer, Reflux?

I've been having a lot of pain in my center, right below my sternum. When pressed, I feel sick and tender. I've also been having headaches which occur in my eyes and forehead but I'm not sure if related. The pain is worse at night when lying down and is usually accompanied by a feeling like anxiety, with painful chest, shortness of breath, and nervousness. My BP is around 100/60 and I've had a EKG which looked great so not a heart issue. I'm only 33 years old but somewhat overweight for my height (150lbs and 5'4). Please help.
