Q: Gaining weight

I am just starting the birthcontrol Loestrine24 and i was wondering if it was known to increase appetite, causing weight gain, to those who take it?

Hormonal birth control in general may affect appetite.

If you don't want to gain weight, then make sure you are watching your portion size and exercising.
