There are many vitamins and natural supplements that might help you. Calcium is great for speeding up the metabolism. Vitamins can prevent weight gain, and you will burn more calories. When I quit smoking, I did gain weight, until I started taking natural supplements and vitamins. Your metabolism slows after cutting back on cigarettes, so it would be great for you.
