Hi. I am 17[almost 18] I am about 5'7" to 5'8" and weigh 116.
I want to gain weight. I had a baby two months ago and lost
all of my baby weight[i was at 144] I am very angry
at the weight i losst i feel too skinny again.
want kind of diets and excerise plans should i try?
also w/ exercising i DONT want to loose my bottom
or breast.
if you have any advice on what i should do or
what i should check out myself PLEASE

also i have a very high metabolism
