Gabba - l-theanie and vitamins

I currently take the following:
1. Vitamin B Raw Complex
2. GABBA - 750 MG
3. L-Theanine - 200 MG
4. Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc Vitamin dietary supplement
5. Ultra Jarrow - Dophilus non-dairy probiotic supplement

Male -44

Everything I take is gluten free.
I am trying to cut down or combine the number of vitamins/supplements I take.

I have anxiety and panic attacks. I have had panic attacks and anxiety for over 15 years. I take Paxil and Effexor.

I have IBS which is way I take a probiotic.

My energy level is ok. Trouble falling asleep and always wake up in the morning before I actually have to wake up.
I don't eat the best and I do exercise 3 or 4 times per week.
I don't drink alcohol and I don't smoke. I am healthy.

Any advice on combining the supplements and vitamins would be appreciated.
