Gabapentin queery

Ive been suffering from from anxiety and was put on Zoloft but ended up getting bad jerking feelings, restless leg syndrome but all over my body. I started getting night sweats too so my doctor has now put me on Gabapentin. So far so good, 4 days, the sweats have stopped but im still getting the jerking sensations, figure itll take a bit for the pills to properly kick in. Anyways my question is, has anyone out there been on the Gabapentin for a while?? How do they feel, any side effects??
