I went to a Dr a few weeks ago, I didnt know when my last period was and I am totally confused about when exactly I got pregnant.

The last time I was sexually active as Nov the 15th. They told me that I was 7 weeks and 2 days in January (which would put the baby at being "made" on Nov 24th) which would over a week after that day. And that I conceived on the 27th(thurs). But the 1st day of my pregnancy was the Monday before.

So,
Day of sex November 15th
one day along in the pregnancy November 24th
Day of conception November 27th.

Does this add up? I am totally confused
