Hi, and thanks for your medical question on eHealth forum!

The only way to confirm pregnancy now is to take blood HCG tests 48 hours apart, and if the HCG levels are rising, then you are pregnant. If you are not pregnant, then funny taste, bloated abdomen, cramps etc can be due to a bad gastric reflux, IBS, Crohn's etc. Also keep a stress diary. Log in the food intake and the symptoms as they appear. See if there is a correlation between a particular food item and symptoms.

Take Omeprazole empty stomach in morning and an antacid gel at bedtime. Refrain from smoking, alcohol, fuzzy drinks and spicy food. See if this helps you. Since a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net please consult your doctor regarding this. Hope this helps. Take care!
