You would like to know whether your condition is going to go away on its own.

Referring to the symptoms that you described, swollen clitoris, itchy and painful, it is likely that you are experiencing an infection. Fungal infections on the skin are presented as swollen itchy and painful changes on the skin. Pus is not present unless there is additional bacterial infection along with the fungal one.

You may consult your doctor about its treatment. You may also consult a gynecologist about the same condition. You may be asked to make a bacterial or fungal culture from a sample taken from the infected area.

Please keep in mind that I am trying to provide you with medical information here. I am not able to give you medical advice online. Please contact your doctor or a qualified healthcare provider such as a gynecologist to learn more about diagnosis and treatment options.
