Hi doc, i'm 28 years old and i have been maried 13 months. after 5 months of marriage i started suffering from fungal infection with itchness, dryness and painful intercourse. i have tried on antibiotics and cream, it heals for some time and does not cure. is this a reason that im still not pregnant?

Hi there, thank you for posting your question. My area of expertise is in human sexual dysfunction. I hope I can be of some small help to you.

You may both need to take oral anti-fungal medicine. The recurring vaginitis is no help of course but of itself it does not cause reduced fertility.
