Functional Cyst and Trying to Conceive

I have what feels like a functional cyst. i have had one before and it feels the same. localized lower abdominal pain on my left side and my back hurts; hard to pee etc. my husband and i are currently trying to conceive. is it still possible to get pregnant while i have this cyst. usually my cysts have gone after my next cycle...but we shall see. any advice or words of wisdom?
