Q: Fully eliminating asthma ?

I've been diagnosed with asthma since 4th grade. I know lots of people that are born with it. I ask myself,"How the heck did I acquire asthma???" If it could be acquired, can't it be eliminated? I've been on inhalers for years now, and I even has a Nebulizer machine that I have to use sometimes because of the horrid asthma attacks that I get. I'm sick and tired of taking inhalers and medicines and so I just wanted to know if anybody knows about any natural resources that can FULLY ELIMINATE asthma (note: I DO NOT WANT MAN MADE PRODUCTS). Please reply with any ideas, thanks a bunch!

Asthma can happen at any age and can be caused from various reasons. Unfortuantly, there is no cure for asthma unless you identify the cause and sometimes, the cause is never found. Do you see a pattern when your attacks occur like certain foods you eat, weather, exercise? Does the doctor prescribe you long acting inhalers or just short acting? If asthma attacks are happening more frequently than normal, you may want to follow up with your doctor and have your medications changed to a long acting Inhaler in combination with your short acting inhaler or even have some in a pill form.

Oh and just to add, this is fairly new to the United States and not sure how true it is, but Salt Caves are supposed to help people with sorts of respiratory problems. I guess it does not hurt to try but always keep your bronchodilator on you regardless. Unfortunately, since it is so new to the U.S., there are only some in IL, AZ, NY, and VT.

Hey LSUroxy, I thank you very much for caring and sending me valuable information. Somebody told me today that I can actually cure my asthma with a product named Zrii. I'm going to have to try this one out because I live in California and there are no salt caves here. Hahaha. Anyway, the man is named Craig Paquette, and I just signed up for the product because this guy is a famous MLB player; not only that, but he said his kid took zrii for 4 days and their asthma was completely gone. Thats big news, so I'm going to have to try it out, haha. Do you want a link to the site that zrii gave me when I signed up? You can check out the substantial benefits they also offer. I hope this all real though, but there's a 30-day money back guarantee, so I've got nothing to lose. Smile

That sounds very far fetched! I like to see the study and see if you are explaining that right. Heat induces swelling therefore causing your bronchi to swell even more. Cool mist constricts and relieves swelling in the bronchi. There has not been as of yet, any cure for asthma! It is only treatable.

Hmm! Well I really don't know anything about that. Since you were drugged up, you may be a little off from the story. Was anyone else in the room with you when you were told this. They may be able to help out. I did try and google what you were saying but I could not come up with any results. I work in Respiratory and have yet to hear of anything like this. I will ask around.

Hey tdcasillas, I have been suffering from asthma for past 2 years and asthma really sucks. As far as I know there is no permanent cure for asthma. However all we can do is take proper medication and try to keep it under control.
