Q: Fullness and itching inside rectum

For the past 5 days i have had a problem of feeling a fullness or slight pressure just inside my anus, on the left. It is slightly itchy. My stools seem to have a slight groove in them down one side which may correspond to where the feeling is.
Have also had tailbone/coxsix pain but this has eased off - i do have back problems and SI joint issues from time to time. This started after having to spend a lot of time on the computer, and i had a long stretch of sitting for about 6 hours without moving much. the next day i had this problem.
I am trying hemorroid cream internally (i have had them before but i think only external ones)and hot bath once a day. No real change yet.
Does this sound like internal hemorroids or something else? I am a real worrier and freaking out in case it is cancer. I am slightly constipated but not too bad, and am trying to get more fibre in me.
What does this sound like? Please help!

Anyone help please? Now the feeling of fullness has gone, and the coccyx pain is much less. I had a feel with some vaseline, and i can feel like a cut or something on the left side. Today it is really itchy and burning - could it mean whatever it is is healing or is it something terrible? Should i see a doctor i am scared - problem is i am also scared of doctors

Itching, tingleing sensation inside anus.

Hi mate i think i get the same thing, i think it's just an internal pile, seems i can kind of scratch it if i push my gootch (bit between you balls and but hole). It flares up from time to time, more so if i go to the toilet more.
also it's almost like a very very mild dull ache and tingling itching sensation can really wind you up big time, it will go but it comes back and i'm working on how to prevent it but my lifestyle wont let me at the moment, being 26 i like a good drink.

Hey animal. Yeah it sounds like the same thing. I went to the doctors - it wasnt nearly as bad as i thought, and she said it is an internal hemorrhoid. She ddint really explain much about it but gave me some Procotsedyl suppositories which reduce inflammation and numb the pain. They worked great for a few days, but the effectiveness seems to have worn off and im hurting again (i also had to have 2 days unavoidable desk work so was sitting all day - ouch)
What else can i do? Doc said it should heal in 2-3 weeks or they will look up there with a telescope and a light... Lovely.
