I had a cancer on my nose removed and the excision extended full thickness through the nose. What does this mean?

What kind of cancer did you have? If it was Basal cell and they got it all. You be be okay. If it's Melanoma that's a problem. Get the biopsy report and that will answer most your questions.

Hi thanks for your reply. the biopsy report says it was a Basal-squamous, half Basal half Sqamous features. Should I be concerned?

If they got it all, you should be okay. Keep on top of it and get it checked out every three months or so.
