I am 40. Slim and Fit. On no medication. Healthy Diet.Had 2 children aged 13 and 14.

I work in an office all day and drink the following: 2 x coffee; 1 x hot lemon drink; 2 x glasses of water. Generally visit the toilet 2/3 times during the day then have to go as soon as I get home.

I get home about 4pm and dont then have anything else to drink until i go to my exercise class about 7pm. Its always the same. I go the toilet directly prior to the class starting then you can guarantee as soon as I start jumping around i feel like i am going to wet myself and often do leak. I hate it. It makes me really conscious about how hard i work out.

I tend to find that I feel bloated around my tummy area of an evening and thats regardless of whether I have eaten a dinner or not.

When I do go to the toilet - it isnt a dribble - i really do need to go.

Any advice? : Razz
