I'm so sorry you're having so many problems. There are a lot of people having similar problems in this economy so you are not alone. Is there anyone who would be willing to help you out? A significant other? A friend? A family member? I know it's hard to ask others for help but sometimes we have to swallow our pride and do it.
Add that to the fact that your period will come soon and you are probably PMSing a little, I can understand why you feel so down. You go ahead and have a good cry and then do something inexpensive to pamper yourself and cheer yourself up. Only you know what would do the trick. For me, there is nothing more uplifting than indulging in a long hot bubble bath with candles surrounding the tub. A self- manicure and pedicure and painting my nails fire engine red also helps. lol
Maybe you could go through your collection of movies and pop in an old favorite that you haven't seen in a long time. Pop up a giant bowl of buttery popcorn and munch away.
Or maybe you could bury yourself in a good book.
Spending time with friends and loved ones at this time is also very important. The worst thing for depression is isolation. (Those things I mentioned above will help to keep you occupied when you are alone.)
Good luck in finding a job and getting your car back on the road.
