So one week ago I checked with the doctor and I had 136/106 blood pressure,so I thought I suffered from hypertension, then I spent the next week exercising and staying away from salty or unhealthy food. Today I recheck and I have 112/66 which is normal... is it possible? I notice the first time he checked the pressure in my arm and the second in my wrist, maybe thats why? or maybe I got nervous during the first test?
thanks for any answers.

Maybe, you have white coat syndrome.
However, you must continue regularly checking your blood pressure for certain time.
